We may collect your name, phone number, email address, delivery and site address, billing details, order history, details about your property and security requirements, and any information you provide when you request a quote, place an order, book an installation or contact us. When you visit our website we may also automatically collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited and cookies.
2. How we collect it
We collect information directly from you when you use our website, place an order, subscribe to our newsletter, call, email or visit our store at 253A Barkly Street, Footscray VIC 3011, and when we attend your site to quote, install or service equipment.
3. How we use your information
We use your information to process and deliver orders, prepare quotes, schedule and carry out installation and service work, provide warranty support, respond to enquiries, send invoices and receipts, improve our website and services, and (only with your consent) send you news and offers. You can unsubscribe from marketing at any time.

When we install or service CCTV, alarm, intercom or access control systems, we may need temporary access to your system, passwords, codes or recorded footage. We only use this access to configure, test or repair your system, we do not keep copies of your footage, and we recommend you change any shared passwords once work is complete.

Online payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. We do not store your full card details.
